Significant cleanup and some updates. I have removed or fixed all broken links and search tools. I've also updated the information section to talk about non-keyword based search engines, listed a number of these reverse image search engines, and added a handful of 'classic' image search engines.

I received an e-mail from Getty Images, and have accordingly changed “Getty” to “Getty Images.” Additionally, I added a note about AOL’s new image search which is powered by Google.
